Hiatal hernia…ouch..doesnt sound pleasant. I find it better to mentally delay your orgasm instead of physically. For instance if you feel like you are going to finish soon, just start thinking of something totally irrelevant to sex and the feeling will calm down and then get back into it. If you are waiting till you are about to finish then you risk getting that hernia…ouch..

This should be common sense but I suppose there are some guys who have a need to be macho and show how long they can last. It’s not about “lasting” it’s about enjoying sex. Thanks for a good reminder.
