In the past it was thought that the missionary position was very good for deep penetration to allow the sperm to hit their target for conception. For women with a shortened vagina the missionary position can occasionally be really painful and uncomfortable. Postmenopausal women can experience painful sexual intercourse if they have vaginal dryness or thinning of the vaginal wall. I know this sounds disgusting but I promise you, you’ll be old one day too.

Firstly, I would never start out any communication with “I’m disabled” because you’re limiting yourself from the get go. Why have someone judge your acceptability based on what you can and cannot do? I can’t do brain surgery but I’d never start out a friendship by telling someone that I couldn’t do that or anything.
People are the same everywhere in the world. Make friends and nature takes care of its own. Seriously… the trick is making friends. Stephen Hawking has been married how many times? I doubt he starts out saying, “I can’t move.” Women are attracted to him for his personality and intelligence.
You can do the same thing. Join a dating site and really participate in everything they offer. If they have blogs.. make one. If they have blogs, read them and make complimentary comments. Others will see your name in the comments and realize that, “hey, this is a nice guy.”
If you can send comments or flirts, do that too. Post in their forums if they have them. Really, the more times someone can see your nickname/screen name the faster you’ll be seen as real and friendly.

Yah, Women on top is the best posture as the women can be more active in that posture and also she can control the speed and orgasm as you mentioned.
