The benefits of sex
Most people enjoy a good sex life because sex brings them heaps of pleasure. Not that you’d need any other reason to hop in the sack more frequently, but there are substantial benefits for doing the horizontal rhumba more often. It seems that enjoying sex regularly can keep you in better shape physically and put you in a better mood as well because of the stress reducing endorphins released during sexual intercourse.
Workout
Sex works out your abdomen, buttock and back muscles and it’s a good aerobic exercise for your heart. You might even lose some weight!
Vagina
For women it gives the vagina a real workout and with this part of your body it’s use it or lose it, baby. Having sex twice a week or more can keep your vagina toned and tight for a great time in the sack. Now really, who wants to have sex when it feels like you’re tossing a sausage down a hallway? Poorly conditioned muscles lead to needing to wee every time you cough (gross) or painful sex.
Prostate
Men, increased ejaculation may benefit your prostate gland and may even cut your risk of prostate cancer. Men who have regular sex are also more confident in every area of their lives.
